In bodybuilding, competitors appear in lineups and perform specified poses (and later individual 60 second posing routine) for a panel of judges who rank them based on symmetry, muscularity, size, conditioning, posing, and stage presentation. Athletes are grouped according to their weight, height plays no role in the grouping. The 7 Mandatory poses consist of:
